Life Is About More Than Business

Keep It Cut owners, Jacob and Josh, built the business with the vision that businesses are more than just economic machines. They believe that businesses have a responsibility to the well-being of their employees, their clients, and their local and global communities.

It's great to give to the community around Keep It Cut

It’s great to give to the community around Keep It Cut, but what about the internal community? Keep It Cut is committed to ensure their staff are compensated fairly and have a safe and positive work environment. Staff are paid above industry standard and are offered a full benefits package from health care to matching retirement plan. Managers are consistently working in the shops to have a positive atmosphere by celebrating birthdays, hosting quarterly social events, and checking in with staff one on one.

Keep It Cut is also active in the community.

Keep It Cut is also active in the community. Volunteering to give haircuts to home bound elderly or giving free membership gift certificates to be raffled off in fundraisers, Keep It Cut is proud to help out. Here is a small list of the many organizations Keep It Cut has donated to:

Donate Your Hair

We have proudly teamed up with Children With Hair Loss, an organization dedicated to restoring confidence and hope to children experiencing medically related hair loss. Through this partnership, we are collecting hair donations that will be used to create customized hair replacements for children and young adults under the age of 21. Each donation helps provide a child with a high-quality, personalized hair replacement at no cost to their family, making a meaningful difference in their life during a challenging time.
